专门从事反盗版技术开发的MediaDefender最近又出下策,它发明了一项技术能够向通过P2P下载过盗版软件的用户定向发送电子邮件以示警告.
邮件中,MediaDefender甚至还可以给出用户曾经访问过的网站地址,并搬出法律条文警告.但比较有经验的BT用户则认为这是一个骗局,MediaDefender无权执行反盗版工作,他们唯一能做的事情就是扰乱视听,并且之前还有证据表明其针对许多P2P网站发起数据攻击,因此这一类邮件更像是垃圾邮件.
